Kanye's new album's lyrics

Two years after releasing his widely
acclaimed album, The Life of Pablo, American rapper Kanye West, dropped another album this Friday titled YE.
The seven-track masterpiece as some crazy fans will call it, was self-produced and it is the rappers eight studio album. Although the album was officially released this morning (June 1), the rapper treated fans to an exclusive listen last night, May 31 in Wyoming, a western U.S state where the entire project was said to have been recorded.
Until the private listening, the album title was undisclosed. Veteran comedian Chris Rock made the album title announcement shortly before the tracks were played to the crowd. YE includes vocal contributions from Ty Dolla $ign, Kid Cudi, Jeremih, Young Thug, 070 Shake, Charlie Wilson and a voicemail from Nicki Minaj.

The rapper has not yet unveiled the cover art for Ye, although his wife, Kim Kardashian West, tweeted that the album cover for "Ye" was from a photo taken by West on their way to the listening party. The cover shows the Wyoming landscape and the words: "I hate being Bi-Polar its awesome."

What do y'all think of Kanye's album, Ye? Well, I was anxiously expecting a diss track. You know, Ye hitting hard on Hov. I am not disappointed in nothing but this nagging sore throat I got that keeps giving me the finger.
So, I got some of the lyrics guys. And I added some jerk seasoning too.

"Today I thought about killing you, premeditated murder"

Kanye kicks off the album with the song "I Thought About Killing You."
In it, he says "The most beautiful thoughts are always besides the darkest."
"Today I seriously thought about killing you/I contemplated, premeditated murder," Kanye says.  "And I think about killing myself, and I love myself way more than I love you, so..." I feel you Kanye. Self love is holy love. I can't love my neighbour more than I love myself because he loves himself more than he loves me. And that's certified. But now I'm tempted to say, Kill 'em already K. But not with a weapon. Some tight lyrics maybe. Now this is some crazy shit. Was he referring to Hov? I won't be surprised. We all saw that coming. But then, what if it was Kim he wanted to gas. What if she cheated? #nohating#justsaying.
Kim wouldn't that. She can only cheat on her diet. Stuff her face with some cake when KUWTK isn't filming. Then detox immediately after to feel good with herself.
Or what if Kris had some serious mouth diarrhea and she just kept going on and on about how she wanted the college dropout kid back or about how his love handles kept getting in the way whenever watching Days of our lives. Which probably made him have some work done. Oh, did I just hear Kris say, "Imma let my momma binge on that till I'm 85." Amen auntie.

"Russell Simmons wanna pray for me too"

In the single "Yikes," West mentions the #MeToo movement and mogul Russell Simmons.
"Russell Simmons wanna pray for me too/I'ma pray for him 'cause he got #MeToo'd," West raps. "Thinkin' what if that happened to me too/Then I'm on E! News."
Kanye is a cool dude. He'd better start praying for Morgan Freeman too and all the black gramps about getting their asses minced in the coop.

"I think Prince and Mike was tryna warn me."

I know some white folks wanna add Ledger to the list. Don't go crying mocha y'all, any addition would have been a mouthful.

The rapper also alludes to his struggles with substance abuse in "Yikes." Now, opioids got my ears ringing.
Last month, West revealed during an appearance on TMZ that he had become addicted to prescription medication following his surgery in 2016.
Musical icons Prince and Michael Jackson both died as the result of the misuse of prescription medication.
"I can feel the spirits all around me/I think Prince and Mike was tryna warn me/They know I got demons all on me," West says in the song.  Wait till you meet my demons Kanye.

"I'm a superhero! I'm a superhero!" Not anymore bro. Go ask Kunta.

The seemingly confessional "Yikes" finds West talking about being bipolar and medicated.
"Sometimes I scare myself, myself," he raps. "They take me on meds, off meds ask yourself."
Later he says "That's my bipolar s**t, n**a what?/That's my superpower, ni**a ain't no disability/I'm a superhero! I'm a superhero!"

"My wife callin', screamin', say, "We 'bout to lose it all!"

Nigga please, we all know nothing gonna make Kim rip her lungs but a butt leak. Even that can be fixed. Being the 'it girl' no more would kill her faster than lightning.

In "Wouldn't Leave," West appears to reflect on the personal fallout from his recent controversial comments and
"My wife callin', screamin', say, "We 'bout to lose it all!"/Had to calm her down 'cause she couldn't breathe," he said. "Told her she could leave me now, but she wouldn't leave." She wouldn't. Not with Kris Humphries behind the door.

"I could have Naomi Campbell/ And still might want me a Stormy Daniels"

While West doesn't name check Trump in the new album, there are still some connections.
Adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who found herself in the news regarding and alleged sexual encounter she had with Trump in 2006, is referenced in a lyric in the song "All Mine."
"If I pull up with a Kerry Washington/That's gon' be an enormous scandal," West opines. "I could have Naomi Campbell/And still might want me a Stormy Daniels." Serious bromance going on here between Trump and Kanye. What's an entree without afters? So, now Kanye is saying Trump did no wrong with Miss Stormy Who. He would have gone for someone as hot and as famous as Kerry but he was kind enough to settle. That was before he became president. Who cares? What's its effect on climate change or immigration?
In that same song he appears to take a swipe at NBA player Tristan Thompson reportedly stepping out on West's sister-in-law, Khloe Kardashian, who recently gave birth to the couple's first child.
"All these thots on Christian Mingle/Almost what got Tristan single," West says. I give this to you. The penis has been analyzed lotsa times. And all the experts came to the same conclusion, "it has a mind of its own."

I smell chicken. Gotta go. *Get the album. If not for Kanye, do it for Kim or the cute kids they got. Do it for rap. Just do it!
